GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BUSINESS

These websites contain information about products and services offered by the Ceramics Production Workshop "VUKOJA Art", owned by Andrea Vukoja Prce, Blatska 6, 20000, Dubrovnik, hereinafter referred to as VUKOJA ART, in its online store and website Vukoja art.

INVOICE / CONFIRMATION OF CONCLUDED CONTRACT

The invoice represents confirmation of the concluded contract and contains all the necessary information from Article 57 of the Civil Procedure Code. The seller reserves the right to subsequently deliver the invoice via e-mail to the address provided by the buyer when ordering.

PRICES

Prices are expressed in euros. Prices, payment terms and special offers are valid only at the time of order and are subject to change without prior notice.

ORDERS

All products listed in the online store serve as examples of appearance and style. Each piece is handmade, so there may be differences in shape, color, shade or details compared to the photos shown. It is this uniqueness of handmade work that gives value and makes each item unique.

The customer accepts that the ordered product may differ from the example shown and thereby confirms their understanding of the nature of handmade items.

The buyer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the data entered during registration and ordering.

SALE AND DISCOUNT CODES

VUKOJA ART will periodically, at its discretion, put certain products on sale. These products will be available under the same conditions to all customers or will be available to customers of a specific, precisely specified group.

After the sale period has expired, VUKOJA ART will not accept new orders under the terms and conditions of the expired sale period.

PAYMENT METHODS

Payment in the VUKOJA ART online store is possible in 2 ways: by card and via Paypal. If you want to pay directly to IBAN, you need to contact VUKOJA ART by email, and pay according to the offer.

1. CARD PAYMENT

When making a purchase, the customer enters the card data and makes the payment. The amount of the order will be taken from the card.

The cost of possible currency conversion during payment is borne by the buyer.

Card payments are handled by the integrated Shopify system.

2. COMICS

Fast and easy payment via Stripe. The order amount will be charged to the card or account used when ordering.

We use Stripe as one of our chosen payment providers on the website. If you decide to purchase a product and choose Stripe as your payment method, we will be asked to share your information with Stripe.

In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act ("Official Gazette" No. 41/14), Article 11, the VUKOJA ART craft does not transfer personal data of customers to a third party without the prior express and written consent of the customer and collects only basic data about customers/users.

We are committed to implementing maximum security measures to protect the interests of our customers and prevent any misuse of information. We will only use information that is necessary to complete a purchase.

Customers are regularly given choices about the use of their data, including the ability to decide whether or not to have their name removed from lists used for marketing campaigns.

DELIVERY TERMS

Physical products are delivered to your home address via the courier service of Croatian Post or GLS.

- Croatia

Delivery in the Republic of Croatia is free and is expected within 3-5 business days.

All orders are shipped within 3-5 business days, except during sales when shipping may be a little slower.

- EU

Delivery within the EU is charged, and for an accurate calculation, it is necessary to enter delivery information when ordering.

Delivery is expected within 5-15 business days.

Delivery is carried out in accordance with the terms of use of the delivery service, and is considered completed at the moment the product is handed over to the delivery service.

RETURN, COMPLAINT AND EXCHANGE TERMS

You are responsible for the return shipping costs for the products you are returning (by post or delivery service), except in the case of the return or replacement of defective products, when all costs are borne by VUKOJA ART.

DELIVERY DAMAGES, FAULTY PRODUCTS, DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

In the event of damage during delivery, incorrectly delivered goods or the product you received is defective (factory defect), please contact us (by email) within two working days of receiving the shipment. We will resolve all complaints as soon as possible. In these cases, VUKOJA ART will cover all costs of replacing the product.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In the event of a dispute between a consumer and a trader, a complaint can be filed with the Court of Honor of the Croatian Chamber of Crafts or a proposal for mediation at mediation centers.

STATEMENT ON DELIVERY AND SENDING OF PACKAGES

VUKOJA ART strives to ensure that the shipment and delivery of products takes place in accordance with the schedule and deadlines. VUKOJA ART cannot at any time be held responsible for delays in delivery caused by the delivery service or "force majeure".

SUBMITTING A CONSUMER COMPLAINT
