PAYMENT

Payment in the VUKOJA ART online store is possible in 3 ways: by card, via Paypal or by deposit into a bank account.

1. CARD PAYMENT

When making a purchase, the customer enters the card data and makes the payment. The amount of the order will be taken from the card.

The cost of possible currency conversion during payment is borne by the buyer.

Card payments are handled by the integrated Payhip system.

2. COMICS

Fast and easy payment via Stripe. The order amount will be charged to the card used when ordering.

Stripe processes your personal data for the purpose of payment processing, details of which can be found in Stripe's Privacy Policy.

3. GIRO ACCOUNT

If you wish to pay for the product by bank transfer, you must contact VUKOJA ART via email and request an offer on the basis of which the advance payment will be made.

The cost of possible currency conversion during payment is borne by the buyer.

DELIVERY

Delivery of physical products is carried out by delivery to the home address via the courier service of the Croatian Post or GLS. All shipments are sent by registered mail.

- Croatia

Delivery in the Republic of Croatia is free and is expected within 3-5 business days.

All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days, except during sales when shipping may be a little slower.

- EU

Delivery within the EU is charged, and for an accurate calculation, you must enter your delivery details during checkout.

Delivery is expected within 5-15 business days.

RETURN

Physical products can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment. Return costs are borne by the buyer.
